Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level engineering (Diploma/B.Tech/B.E.) in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in technical sales, estimation, trading, engineering support, or procurement.
• Fresh engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of quantity take-offs and bills of quantities.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, product information, and customer requirements.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Review customer enquiries, drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs for materials, products, and equipment.
• Prepare accurate bills of quantities based on project requirements.
• Develop technical and commercial quotations for customer review.
• Confirm product specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery periods, and commercial conditions.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and record customer responses.
• Coordinate with sales teams regarding enquiry status and quotation revisions.
• Contact suppliers to obtain prices, technical data, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Compare supplier quotations and identify suitable technical and commercial options.
• Prepare product submittals, compliance statements, data sheets, and supporting technical documents.
• Maintain organized records of enquiries, quotations, supplier offers, and customer correspondence.
