Job summary

ESAT is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to drive new business in the UAE market. The role focuses on lead generation, outbound outreach, and building a robust sales pipeline for SaaS solutions.

You will conduct product demos, tailor presentations to client needs, and work towards monthly and quarterly targets while maintaining strong client relationships and driving renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 1–5+ years in software/IT/SaaS sales preferred.
• Experience with B2B sales cycles is advantageous.
• Arabic skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation prospecting and pipeline building.
• Outreach to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
• Deliver product demos online or in-person.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals to hit targets.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell where appropriate.
• Monitor market trends and analyze competitors.
