Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks an Application Owner – ERP & Finance to lead the ERP function for a Dubai-based enterprise, covering Purchase, Sales, Finance and Operations. You will translate business needs into ERP solutions, manage vendors, scope, upgrades, and governance while ensuring data accuracy and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of seasonal business models is not listed here.
• Experience with ERP systems and business processes is essential.
• Hands-on functional ERP expertise required, preferably Dynamics 365 BC.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage ERP modules covering Purchase, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory and Warehousing.
• Translate business requirements into ERP solutions while managing ERP vendors, project scope, delivery, SLAs, upgrades and change governance.
• Drive ERP data accuracy and reporting reliability, ensuring system integrity and continuous improvement of ERP processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Operations teams across time zones, supporting audit, compliance and regulatory requirements.
