Main Role: To manage the organization’sfinance and accounting function by ensuring accurate financial reporting, fullregulatory compliance, effective audit and tax management, and strong internalcontrols. The Finance Manager supports business growth by optimizing financialprocesses, leveraging ERP systems with appropriate controls and checks,providing strategic financial insights, and guiding the HQ and regional teamstoward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadfinancial reporting, statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings,ensuring compliance with IFRS, ESR, AML, VAT, and corporate tax requirements.
