Job summary

Emirates Group in Dubai seeks a Finance Applications Lead to drive financial systems enhancements and support for Finance on a global scale, enabling informed commercial decisions and robust data.

You will manage backlogs, align with IT, vendors, and finance stakeholders, develop SOPs and training, and help strengthen governance across financial masters and access controls, contributing to the group’s digital finance strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree in technology, finance or accounting is required.
• Experience in large multi-national companies in supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the backlog and product lifecycle for finance apps.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to deliver PI plans.
• Act as finance product specialist across projects and integrations.
• Provide functional consultancy to support teams and drive improvements.
• Ensure user access and master data governance across products.
• Write SOPs, guides and configuration docs for systems.
• Support training plans to improve technology adoption.
• Drive unit performance and talent development.
