Job summary

Ghobash Group is seeking an experienced ICT leader to head the Oracle ERP application management and ensure stability across Finance, SCM, Procurement and HR modules. You will manage a techno-functional team, govern integrations with third-party systems, and drive continuous improvements aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include shaping the Oracle ERP roadmap, enforcing security and SoD controls, managing vendor relationships, budgets, and reporting project status to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Eng required.
• 8–12 years of Oracle ERP techno-functional experience.
• Hands-on with Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HR).
• Proven leadership of techno-functional consulting/application support teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across business and technical audiences.
• Strong PM and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Oracle ERP application support team ensuring stability and performance across all modules.
• Oversee Oracle-related projects including roll-outs, integrations and CRs.
• Manage integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party systems.
• Own the Oracle ERP roadmap and vendor relationships.
• Ensure SoD, access controls, and audit compliance.
• Budget management and reporting to senior leadership.
