Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks an Application Owner – ERP & Finance to lead the ERP function for a Dubai-based enterprise, covering Purchase, Sales, Finance and Operations. You will translate business needs into ERP solutions, manage vendors, scope, upgrades, and governance while ensuring data accuracy and robust reporting.

Job Description:

• Own and manage ERP modules covering Purchase, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehousing, ensuring smooth and effective business operations.
• Translate business requirements into ERP solutions while managing ERP vendors, project scope, delivery, SLAs, upgrades, and change governance.
• Drive ERP data accuracy and reporting reliability, ensuring system integrity and supporting continuous improvement of ERP processes and functionality.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams across different time zones, while supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of seasonal business models, including fashion buying, merchandising, inventory, and sales cycles.
• Hands-on functional ERP expertise, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, rather than purely project management experience.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams.
