Job summary

Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking a skilled detail-oriented accounting & systems executive (HR & Finance) with strong expertise in financial management and advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.

We require hands-on experience with Oracle, Salesforce, SAP Business One, SAP Ariba, Zoho Books and Zoho Recruit, plus payroll coordination and regulatory compliance within UAE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA/ACCA preferred for senior roles.
• Minimum experience in accounting/finance roles in oil & gas EPC or industrial sectors is stated in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting: payables, receivables, GL, bank reconciliations and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and forecasts.
• Ensure UAE VAT and regulatory compliance and internal policies are followed.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Monitor financial data for trends, variances and cost optimization.
• Assist internal/external audits with required documentation.
• Handle project-based accounting for engineering/service projects.
• HR/Systems: payroll coordination and employee financial records.
• Use ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP B1, SAP Ariba, Zoho Books/Recruit) for reporting and tracking.
