Job summary

Siemens Energy in Dubai seeks a Finance Controller to lead ERP/SAP implementation and ensure data integrity for financial controlling. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for project-based activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, CPA/CIMA/ACCA, and strong data management skills. You'll mentor users, train finance staff, and support month-end closes and FRG compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Finance Controller in a project-driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ERP/SAP systems.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting expertise.
• Strong project and process management, including risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as key user and data steward for ERP/SAP implementation in finance and controlling.
• Lead monthly and quarterly data validation and cleansing for migration.
• Support digitalization of financial controlling and reporting via process optimization.
• Provide user training and support during and after go-live.
• Manage and analyze financial results for projects (revenue, costs, gross profit, cash flow).
• Oversee month-end and year-end forecasting, planning, and closing.
• Generate regular business reports on KPIs for management review.
• Coordinate with central accounting to implement FRGs.
