Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. invites an experienced Presales Consultant to bridge client needs with Zoho and Odoo solutions in the UAE. Expect discovery sessions, solution design, and compelling proposals to drive successful deals across ERP/CRM domains.

You will shape architecture, demos, and PoCs, align with UAE tax and e-invoicing readiness, and collaborate with India delivery while engaging CXO-level audiences.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in ERP/CRM presales or functional consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho and/or Odoo.
• Cross-skilling between Zoho and Odoo is ideal.
• GCC/UAE experience with local tax/compliance knowledge helpful.
• Excellent spoken and written English for CXO-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to map processes, pain points and objectives.
• Document requirements as BRDs and prepare pre-sales proposals.
• Design solution architectures on Zoho One and Odoo ERP.
• Identify configuration, customization, integration or low‑code needs.
• Deliver tailored demos and PoCs using client scenarios.
• Own proposals and RFP responses including scope and effort estimates.
• Advise clients on platform selection and compliance with UAE rules.
• Identify AI-driven automation opportunities and realistic outcomes.
• Handover won deals to delivery with complete documentation.
• Maintain reusable demo environments and proposal content.
• Monitor GCC pricing and feed insights to leadership.
