Job summary

Quiqup is seeking an entry-level Customer Success professional in Dubai to support onboarding for startup and early-stage clients. You will partner with account managers and the CS team to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing success for a growing client portfolio.

This role focuses on understanding clients, translating product value, and proactively solving issues to build lasting relationships with founders and operators in the UAE and wider GCC.

Qualifications

• Onboarding new clients and guiding them through setup.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trusted relationships.
• Interest in startups and UAE/GCC ecommerce landscape.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new startup and early-stage clients and be their first point of contact.
• Help improve onboarding flows by spotting friction and proposing improvements.
• Contribute to campaigns and initiatives for client segment, e.g., Shop Local programs.
• Keep clients informed about new features, integrations, and services.
• Proactively solve problems, coordinate internally, and provide resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with founders and operators to become their go-to person.
