Job summary

Qashio is seeking a Customer Success Admin in Dubai to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Customer Success team, ensuring smooth workflows and accurate customer data in our CRM.

You will assist CS managers with scheduling, presentations, and materials, support internal reporting, and help coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support role in a customer-facing or B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Experience using CRM and Work Management software for data entry, reporting and records.
• Experience with presentation management software like Canva.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining accurate customer data in the Customer Success CRM system (Hubspot and others).
• Assisting scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing customer-facing materials.
• Supporting creation and distribution of internal reports and dashboards on customer growth, engagement, and retention.
• Coordinating between Customer Success and Sales, Product, and Support teams.
• Maintaining customer success documentation and facilitating onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Collaborating on initiatives to improve internal Customer Success processes.
