Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect in Dubai to serve as a technical authority for the sales team, customers and partners. You will understand business issues and map them to Elastic Stack solutions, and drive value in regional events and programs.

You will own technical engagements from discovery to win, demonstrate product value in meetings and at conferences, and enable partners to participate in sales cycles while traveling up to 30% regionally.

Qualifications

• Track record in technical presales within the Enterprise sector.
• Ability to articulate and sell modern platforms and technologies.
• Strong collaboration with sales, customers, partners and communities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in your territory.
• Understand customer goals and map them to Elastic Stack offerings.
• Develop value-based relationships at all levels in customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Represent customer/community voice to engineering and leadership.
