Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of domain experience in Production and Intervention.
- Proven ability to influence and work within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Understanding of the technical challenges associated with software deployment and digital solutions.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Developing, owning, and executing strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across Region and Product Segment.
- Engaging with C-level and key customer personas to promote the Digital Completions, Intervention & Measurement portfolio.
- Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.
- Introducing technical sales representatives, solution architects, and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.
- Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, owning pipeline planning, creation, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align digital offerings with market demands and communicate value propositions effectively.
