Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Well Construction Sales Senior Advisor to expand On Demand Solution (ODS) sales and grow the customer base across MENAT. This customer-facing role links external customers with internal processes and requirements, including alternative channel models.

The position involves technical sales across multi-stakeholder deals and coordination of cross-functional teams, with a focus on the MENAT market and large-scale, multi-country opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years in Well Construction or Drilling Services
• Experience in sales

Responsibilities

• Selling to or through On Demand Solutions (ODS) accounts, partners, and distributors.
• Handle products and systems requiring technical knowledge in client environments.
• Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, including engineering, legal, risk, and finance.
• Coordinate sales teams across departments and potentially multi-country markets.
