Job summary

Baker Hughes in Dubai seeks a Software Sales Advisor to drive digital product and service revenue across Production & Intervention. You will engage with C-level stakeholders and lead strategic account plans, partnering with product and engineering teams to align offerings with customer needs.

Required are 10+ years in Production/Intervention with enterprise software or digital solution sales, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience selling digital oilfield software and services.
• Proven ability to influence and lead in cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of software deployment challenges in oil & gas.
• Excellent written and oral communication with executive audiences.
• Strategic thinker with pipeline, territory, and customer prioritization skills.
• Fluent English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute strategic sales account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Engage with C-level and key customer personas to promote digital portfolios.
• Act as trusted advisor and champion for key clients.
• Coordinate with solution architects and sales teams for deep technical dives.
• Lead efforts to establish and expand market share and pipeline.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to align offerings.
• Develop growth strategies across offerings for enterprise customers.
