Job summary

Motorola Solutions UAE seeks a Vertical Channel Account Manager (Enterprise) to drive revenue across large-scale retail accounts. You will build relationships with senior executives and translate technical concepts into ROI for retail leadership.

You will manage a 4x–5x pipeline, forecast, and coordinate with regional sales teams to expand market share across the Middle East. Travel >50% and collaborate with VS&A brands to deliver end-to-end security solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales experience in physical security, video surveillance, VMS software, access control, or SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and expansion revenue targets across named, large-scale retail accounts (grocery chains, big-box stores, department stores, and specialty retail).
• Build trusted relationships with C-Suite executives and store operations leadership.
• Translate complex tech concepts into actionable ROI for retail executives.
• Maintain a minimum 4x–5x sales pipeline to meet quotas.
• Forecast, pipeline management, and CRM usage.
