YOUGotaGift is expanding its UAE sales team with an Enterprise Sales Manager – New Business to lead new customer acquisition across the Emirates. You will identify high-potential accounts, craft tailored value propositions, and drive revenue through end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.

In this greenfield role, you will own the journey from prospecting to closure, engaging senior decision-makers and building lasting commercial relationships with enterprise clients.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B, enterprise, or solution-based sales with focus on new business development.
• Proven track record of personally acquiring and closing new enterprise customers.
• Experience generating self-sourced pipeline and developing opportunities from the ground up.
• Experience managing complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and target high-potential UAE enterprise accounts for digital gifting solutions.
• Develop and execute account strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Engage senior decision-makers and stakeholders to understand objectives and business requirements.
• Lead opportunities through long, complex sales cycles to closure.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals and business cases aligned with customer needs.
• Maintain momentum with clear next steps, follow-ups, and forecasting.
