YOUGotaGift seeks a Director of Loyalty & Embedded Solutions to lead regional growth across the UAE, engaging senior stakeholders and driving scalable partnerships. You will own the strategy for loyalty programs, digital platforms, and marketplaces, delivering commercial wins aligned with our vision.

You will guide the Embedded Solutions business, identify opportunities, and close complex deals while mentoring a high-performing team and collaborating with product, technology, and operations to

Competenze

• 14+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships with regional exposure.
• Proven track record closing complex deals with senior executives.
• MBA or relevant certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Build and manage senior-level strategic partnerships across loyalty programs and ecosystems.
• Drive Embedded Solutions revenue with UAE focus and scalable partnerships.
• Set regional BD strategy and expand existing relationships.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles with senior stakeholders and closures.
• Own pipeline forecasting and KPIs; mentor a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with product/tech/ops to ensure smooth partner delivery.
