Qualifications

• Demonstrated B2B sales success in the UAE market.
• Selling software, SaaS or tech solutions to HR/Training/L&D buyers.
• Proven track record closing enterprise opportunities.
• Established UAE network of medium to large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Develop UAE sales plan targeting large and medium enterprises.
• Identify prospects and qualify enterprise opportunities.
• Present software solutions to HR, Training and L&D buyers.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Coordinate with CTS teams for proposals and product demonstrations.
• Maintain CRM with opportunities and forecast results.
