Amazon Web Services EMEA Dubai FZ Branch is seeking an AWS Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for Enterprise Support customers. You’ll craft strategies to drive adoption, provide strategic guidance, and keep customer environments healthy while optimizing costs.

Engagement spans architecture, governance, and operational planning for diverse clients across industries. You’ll collaborate with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and Sales teams to deliver value, lead

Qualifications

Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
Experience in technical engineering.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
Ensure AWS environments remain healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
Consult with partners from developers to C-suite executives.
Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
Identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
Help customers migrate workloads to the cloud and uplift their capabilities through enablement sessions.
