Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support clients in the UAE. You will help shape and execute strategies to drive adoption of AWS services across compute, storage, databases, analytics, AI/ML, and more.

Qualifications

5 years of technical engineering experience.
Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
AWS certification such as AWS Solutions Architect or a similar cloud certification.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Build solutions, provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer.
Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
