Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced technical manager to lead a solutions architecture team that helps Enterprise customers succeed using AWS technologies in Dubai. You will hire and develop architects, coach them on cloud adoption, and empower them to deepen technical depth as well as their communication and strategic advisory skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of management of technical enterprise teams.
5 years of infrastructure and/or database architecture and networking experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience architecting cloud solutions on major providers (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI).
Experience migrating and modernizing customer cloud requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a solutions architecture team serving Enterprise customers.
Hire, coach, and retain top cloud engineers; drive their technical depth and soft skills.
Partner with account management, services, and marketing to align goals.
Shape strategy to build mind share and broad AWS service adoption in Enterprise accounts.
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver reference architectures.
Drive initiatives and measure results, balancing customer value with innovation pace.
