Job summary

AltoVita, a female-founded, fully remote global mobility platform, is seeking a senior Customer Development & Interaction lead for the Middle East and EMEA. You will deliver strategic account management to enterprise clients, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of our technology and services.

This role requires 5+ years in corporate housing or relocation, heavy travel, and outstanding communication. Based in Dubai preferred, with remote work across Canada and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate housing, global mobility or relocation is a must.
• Proven track record in the corporate accommodation industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic account management to enterprise clients across the Middle East and EMEA.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Hospitality Growth, Customer Success, and Finance to meet client needs.
• Represent AltoVita at industry events and client meetings across regions.
• Drive client adoption of AltoVita technology and services.
• Ensure timely client communications and adherence to SLAs and contractual commitments.
