This remote role in the United Arab Emirates focuses on building trusted customer relationships, translating complex topics into business outcomes, and collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support. You will develop personalized success plans, identify growth opportunities, and manage churn risks while advocating for customer needs in roadmap

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technology role with technical depth.
• Ability to translate technical topics into business value.
• Experience with developer workflows and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with security concepts and DevSecOps.
• Strong senior stakeholder communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic customers and build long-term relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct regular check-ins to understand adoption, challenges, and business needs.
• Develop personalized success plans to increase adoption and value.
• Partner with Sales for executive reviews with technical practitioners and buyers.
• Collaborate with Support and Product to address issues and roadmap requests.
• Represent customer voice to shape product capabilities and best practices.
