Job summary

Noa Solutions in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Cisco Presales Engineer to own presales scoping, RFP/RFI responses, architecture demonstrations, and partner enablement across the UAE. The role encompasses full technical ownership, advanced proposal accuracy, and collaboration with sales teams to close deals.

The ideal candidate brings 5–6 years in technical presales or enterprise IT consulting, CCNA certification with CCNP preferred, and strong Cisco networking expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or a related technical discipline.
• 5–6 years of progressive presales, solution consulting, or enterprise IT consulting experience.
• Strong operational expertise in Cisco enterprise networking, routing, switching and security.
• CCNA certification is mandatory; CCNP or specialization is highly preferred.
• Experience authoring technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and delivering executive presentations.
• Solid understanding of enterprise security frameworks and multi-vendor infrastructure technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated willingness for regular regional travel within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and validate enterprise networking, routing, switching and security solutions.
• Lead technical product demonstrations, PoC workshops, and partner enablement sessions.
• Author detailed responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tender bids.
• Collaborate with regional sales, account managers, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals.
• Provide expert technical consultation on enterprise networking and perimeter security architectures.
• Travel within the UAE for onsite client meetings and discovery workshops.
• Ensure adherence to Cisco architectural best practices and pricing strategies.
• Maintain technical documentation, design templates and RFP response libraries.
