nx in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced ICT Presales Engineer to support the design and proposal of ICT technology solutions. You will understand customer requirements, develop technical solutions, prepare proposals, BOQs and RFP/RFQ responses, and deliver presentations to sales, project and technical teams.

The role requires 3–6 years in ICT presales, strong knowledge of Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Data Center and Cloud, with hands-on experience in Cisco, Fortinet,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Networking, Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of ICT/IT Presales or Solutions Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Data Center and Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with BOQ/BOM, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution designs.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client requirements and recommend ICT solutions.
• Design and develop solutions covering Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Data centers, Cloud and Enterprise Technologies.
• Prepare proposals, BOQs, BOMs, RFP/RFQ responses and solution docs.
• Conduct site surveys and capture technical requirements.
• Present technical concepts and demos to clients.
• Coordinate with vendors for product specs and pricing.
• Support tender submissions and ensure technical compliance.
• Work with project teams to ensure feasibility.
