Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Management.
• Clear logical thinking, self-driven, and user-value oriented, with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Genuine passion for AI products and a habit of following the latest developments in the LLM / Agent space.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Agent product planning and design: shape core capabilities such as agent building from 0 to 1.
• Uncover the real needs of enterprise users: distill users' core pain points through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral insights, and drive them into the product.
• Build and continuously refine the evaluation system: create AI capability evaluation sets, keep track of product effectiveness and model performance, and use data to drive iteration.
• Explore AI application innovation: stay on top of industry trends and experiment with new approaches in office automation, knowledge management, content generation, and more.
