Job summary

Mistral is seeking an experienced pre-sales/solutions architect to drive partner and customer engagements around its enterprise AI platform. You will collaborate with account executives, enable partner ecosystems, and help tailor deployments for customer needs.

You will test new models, contribute to reference architectures, and translate business requirements into technical specs while growing adoption across strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields (or equivalent).
• Experience in a technical partner pre-sales or consulting role with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with cloud/platform providers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical discovery with partners to understand needs and desired outcomes with Account Executives.
• Onboard AI platform and model updates to strategic partner platforms.
• Drive enablement across partner technical and sales teams.
• Create and update assets for partner enablement portal: decks, docs, videos, references.
• Support partners in identifying and qualifying opportunities where Mistral adds value.
• Collaborate with partner and Mistral sales teams to progress deals and provide technical insights.
• Create a strategic customer vision based on strategy, outcomes, and required capabilities.
• Be the user zero to test deployments and document improvements for engineering teams.
• Guide customers in deploying text completion API and tuning models to fit requirements.
• Regularly relay feedback to product and technical teams.
