Job summary

ZainTECH in Dubai seeks an Account Manager - Enterprise to manage a portfolio of Enterprise clients, driving revenue through consultative selling across cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital solutions. You will partner with internal teams to deliver value and ensure customer success.

In this role, you will nurture executive relationships, identify growth opportunities, coordinate with delivery and presales, and lead proposals and renewals to expand account value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within ICT or technology sectors.
• Experience managing Enterprise accounts and upselling/cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise accounts and be the primary contact.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business needs.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage renewals and ensure continued value realization.
