Job summary

GEMS Education in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail‑driven Registrations Officer to manage student enrolment numbers against the school budget. You will meet prospective parents, explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees and regulations, and ensure registrations align with ADEK and GEMS policies.

You will maintain waiting lists, manage the OASIS database, complete re-enrolment processes, generate reports for the Principal and corporate office, and help recruit in collaboration with SLT to reach

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a customer service or admissions role.
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive enrolments.
• Knowledge of school admissions processes and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective parents to explain enrolment procedures.
• Maintain accurate waitlists and update OASIS database.
• Prepare reports on enrolments, vacancies, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Principal/SLT to achieve budget enrolment targets.
• Ensure compliance with ADEK and GEMS policies during admissions.
