WISON ENERGY ENGINEERING (HONG KONG) LIMITED ABU DHABI is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for engineering, project and corporate roles in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-7 years in recruitment/talent acquisition with hands-on experience.
• Experience in EPC, oil & gas, engineering or construction is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience recruiting engineering/technical roles.
• UAE recruitment experience and visa/work permit familiarity preferred.
• Strong sourcing, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, project and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and joining timelines.
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, portals, agencies and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up on feedback, selection, offers and joining status.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide vacancy/status updates.
• Support pre-joining onboarding activities and document verification.
• Coordinate with PRO to track visa/work permit progress and updates.
• Assist HR Operations with day-to-day activities.
