Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HR/Business/Psychology qualification is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular engagement calls with contractors to understand their experience, wellbeing, and workplace satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with employees and serve as a first point of contact for general inquiries.
• Listen to employee concerns, provide guidance within established processes, and elevate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of employee interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
• Welcome and support employees throughout their onboarding journey.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up check-ins with employees assigned to client sites.
• Ensure employees receive timely support and information throughout their employment lifecycle.
• Monitor engagement trends and share feedback insights with the wider team.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and satisfaction campaigns.
• Contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and retention.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge of employee engagement best practices.
