Job summary

Trinasolar is seeking a senior sales-support engineer to work with MEA teams on BESS opportunities, optimizing system sizing, technical evaluation and solution configuration for utility-scale and commercial storage projects. You will prepare technical proposals, engage with customers, developers, EPCs and utilities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, competitive solutions and successful tenders.

Willingness to travel within MEA is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in BESS, renewable energy or power systems.
Experience with technical proposals, tender activities, or solution engineering.

Responsibilities

Support customer engagements, proposals, and technical documentation.
Size and optimize BESS systems for utility-scale and commercial projects.
Participate in technical discussions with customers, developers, EPCs and utilities.
Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Service and Supply Chain to ensure feasible, competitive solutions.
Assist tender activities (RFIs, RFQs, RFPs) and bid submissions.
Provide technical assistance during key project milestones and handover when required.
Travel to MEA countries for meetings and business development as needed.
