Job summary

IRTH Group is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across construction industry roles while supporting HR operations and onboarding. You will work with project teams to meet manpower needs and ensure timely hiring and employee mobilisation.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, coordinating offers and onboarding, and maintaining HR records across office and site staff in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment.
• Proficiency with HRMS, ATS, and HR platforms.
• Knowledge of construction roles, project structures, and manpower planning.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet timelines.
• Experience supporting HR operations for office and site employees.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for engineering, construction, management, MEP, and site roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals and networks.
• Assess qualifications, project experience, salary expectations and availability.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
• Coordinate onboarding, joining, induction and probation follow-up.
• Liaise with the PRO on visa, work permit, and documentation.
• Maintain HR system data and employee records.
