Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk roles across construction and engineering projects. You will source candidates, screen and interview applicants, and coordinate with project stakeholders to meet manpower timelines.

The role requires coordinating with hiring managers and HR to ensure timely mobilization of qualified candidates and strict adherence to UAE labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Construction or Engineering.
• Experience in bulk hiring and site/project-based recruitment.
• Familiarity with UAE labor market and recruitment portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for bulk roles across construction and engineering projects.
• Screen shortlist and conduct initial interviews for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, project managers, and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between stakeholders and candidates.
• Handle large-volume hiring within tight project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports and candidate databases.
• Coordinate offer letters, salary negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Support mobilization for site-based and project-based requirements.
