The role requires a degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Training and Development or a related hospitality discipline. Candidates should have practical familiarity with hotel reservations, room inventory management and guest booking procedures. Experience within an international hotel or luxury hospitality environment would be particularly valuable. Working knowledge of Opera PMS is essential because the role relies heavily on accurate booking entry, market segmentation, guest profiles and corporate account information.
