Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction with friendly, engaging service.

You will lead a team, address guest concerns, and communicate priorities to maintain personalized service, while embracing Accor's commitment to responsible hospitality and Planet 21 initiatives.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Previous leadership experience is an asset.
• Experience with Opera or related system is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; lead by example.
