Job summary

Careers at UAE is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to lead the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet high standards and guest expectations throughout their stay.

You will address guest concerns, coordinate priorities with fellow departments, and mentor staff to deliver consistent service. Opera PMS experience is a plus; opportunities may extend across global properties.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality essential.
• Previous leadership experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Opera or related PMS system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
• Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service.
