You will lead a team, handle guest concerns, and communicate priorities daily to personalize service and enhance the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential.
• Previous leadership experience is an asset.
• Prior experience with Opera or a related system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
