Job summary

TALENTMATE, on behalf of a hotel within the Accor network in Abu Dhabi, invites a motivated Housekeeping Team Leader to join our guest‑focused team. You will supervise daily operations, ensure spotless rooms, and maintain service standards with a friendly, engaging approach.

You will lead by example, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with housekeeping staff to deliver memorable stays. Prior experience in a leadership role and familiarity with Opera or related systems are preferred.
