Job summary

Allianz Partners is seeking an Emiratization Specialist to oversee its Emiratisation program and drive UAE local recruitment, development and retention aligned with government regulations and strategic priorities.

The role collaborates with EXCOM, government stakeholders, and universities to set targets, monitor progress, and implement retention strategies while ensuring AI-readiness and data governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in Emiratisation programs.
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
• Carry no travel restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and continuous improvement of Nextcare Emiratisation program.
• Achieve Emiratisation obligations within the set time frame.
• Formulates Emiratisation budgets, goals, objectives and priorities.
• Assists the company in applying for and receiving monthly pension rebates from the government.
• Participates in the review of Nextcare regulations, policies and procedures to ensure barriers for UAE National employment are reduced.
