Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in the UAE is seeking a dedicated Emiratisation-focused HR professional to support UAE National talent across Infrastructure in the UAE. You will coordinate onboarding, learning initiatives, and retention actions, partnering with HR and line managers to resolve employee-relations matters and deliver MI dashboards for leadership insights.

Qualifications

• Significant HR experience delivering talent programmes focused on development, engagement, and retention.
• Strong coaching capability, including career planning and progression support.
• Proven stakeholder management across HR partners, business leaders, and line managers.
• Sound judgement in handling employee relations matters and regulator liaison where required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Emiratisation development support for UAE National colleagues across Infrastructure in the UAE.
• Partner with HR and line managers to design and implement retention actions for UAE Nationals.
• Provide career coaching, including career conversations and development planning.
• Support employee relations matters, including liaising with the Ministry of Labour where required.
• Coordinate induction, onboarding, and ongoing integration with People Capabilities and HR teams.
• Design and roll out coaching and mentoring programmes with Centers of Excellence.
