Job summary

HSBC UAE in Al Ain is seeking a delivery-focused HR professional to strengthen Emiratization across Infrastructure. You will partner with HR and line managers to translate strategy into practical programmes and day-to-day support.

This role blends career coaching with onboarding, learning, national initiatives, and resourcing needs, aiming to create development pathways, improve engagement, and sustain UAE National talent aligned to business goals.

Qualifications

• A full-time graduation degree of at least three years essential for UAE visa.
• A full-time undergraduate degree required to obtain a work permit with UAE equivalency where needed.
• Significant HR experience delivering talent programmes focused on development, engagement and retention.
• Strong coaching capability for career planning, performance conversations and progression support.
• Proven stakeholder management across HR partners, business leaders and line managers.
• Sound judgement in handling employee relations and regulator liaison where required.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding and learning end-to-end with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to produce clear MI, dashboards and reporting to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Emiratization development support for UAE National colleagues across Infrastructure.
• Partner with HR and line managers to design and implement retention actions for UAE Nationals.
• Provide career coaching, including conversations, development planning, and progression guidance.
• Support employee relations matters, including liaison with the Ministry of Labor where required.
• Coordinate induction, onboarding, and ongoing integration with People Capabilities and HR teams.
• Design and roll out coaching and mentoring programmes with Centers of Excellence to strengthen outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for internal and external learning programmes to meet requirements.
• Produce dashboards and MI to track KPIs and share insights from engagement activities.
