Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is seeking a Support Specialist for Emiratization to join our HR team in the UAE. The role focuses on coordinating recruitment activities, screening candidates, and supporting UAE national hiring targets.

You will manage interview logistics, maintain compliant records, and generate monthly recruitment reports while upholding ADCB's service standards. This role also supports Emiratization efforts with UAE National candidates and data-driven insights.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with experience in screening and interviewing methodologies and techniques.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in executing recruitment activities by coordinating interview logistics, scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Provide operational support for sourcing and screening tasks as directed, ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.
• Contribute to Emiratization by prioritizing UAE National candidates and supporting the team in achieving ADCB’s Emiratization targets.
• Ensure recruitment records are updated accurately, including candidate statuses and vacancy progress.
• Prepare documentation that is complete and audit-ready, and escalate any discrepancies or delays to the relevant teams.
• Support compliance with internal governance and regulatory requirements by maintaining organized and accessible data.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly recruitment reports by compiling and highlighting key activities, metrics, and plan progress.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics; monitor outcomes and identify areas for improvement while aligning with Emiratization strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external candidates to ensure smooth communication and scheduling.
• Support interactions with recruitment agencies by sharing requirements and following up on submissions.
