Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High School Degree in related subject.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel and strong communication skills.
• Bi-lingual in English and Arabic with customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the virtual branch and resolve queries to the required standards.
• Ensure daily conduct protects the bank from loss and that policies are followed to promote best practice.
• Provide standardised and ad hoc reporting to business units per SLAs, flag inconsistencies with the line manager.
• Support and motivate the team in change initiatives and projects aligned with bank standards.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs to deliver consistent service.
