Job summary
RINA is recruiting an IFI Commercial Management Developer (Emirati Talent) to join the Abu Dhabi hub within the RINA Consulting IFI Commercial and Tender Management division. The role focusses on business development for international financial institutions, with travel around 20% as required.
You will collaborate with the team to monitor Middle East investment programs and assist in proposals, tenders and partner management, leveraging your environmental engineering background and English
Qualifications
- An Environmental Engineering background or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Experience in consultancy and funded proposals/projects is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Monitor investment programs in the Middle East and understand priorities in Energy, Infrastructure and Mobility.
- Evaluate opportunities with Operational Technical Units and DFIs/Lenders.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals and expressions of interest for tenders.
- Build local networks with partners, experts and subcontractors for project teams.
- Support promotional and commercial activities with DFIs and potential partners.
- Understand tendering procedures and assist in internal reporting of activities.
