Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government entities, partners and stakeholders.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and following up on leads.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events and networking activities.
• Coordinate with Travel, Holidays, Cargo, Finance and Operations for service delivery.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals and management updates.
• Assist management with market research, client follow-ups and special projects.
• Maintain records of client interactions and BD activities.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate to resolve issues.
• Support Emiratisation and local stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.
