Talents of Endearment Careers is seeking a UAE National Client Relations Executive in Dubai to drive business development, manage client relationships, and negotiate contracts in the MEP, facilities management, and technical services sectors. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for business development are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Nationality: UAE National with valid Emirates ID and Family Book
• Experience: 0–3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations; fresh grads welcome
• Industry knowledge: knowledge of MEP/FM/Technical Services is a plus
• Network: existing UAE construction/real estate/facilities management network preferred
• Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; bilingual ability a plus

Responsibilities

• Business Development: identify and pursue new opportunities in MEP, FM, and Technical Services; generate leads and contribute to revenue growth
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and facilities management companies
• Sales & Negotiation: understand client requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts for new projects
• Networking & Representation: attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to represent the company
• Pipeline Management: maintain a structured pipeline, update CRM, and report on sales activity
• Collaboration: work with internal technical and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
