Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record of senior leadership or senior‑level experience within talent acquisition and client management.
• Proven success leading teams
• KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders
• Stakeholder management, influencing and utilisation of negotiation skills
• Cross‑country experience required
• Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organisational skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
• Self‑motivated and able to respond quickly to client requests
• Willingness to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with changes

Responsibilities

• Manage several EMEA portfolio clients with P&L responsibility
• Manage on-site and remote teams of recruitment resources across EMEA
• Realise opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives delivering to SLAs and KPIs
• Deliver services with high levels of client satisfaction
• Provide timely updates to client management and stakeholders
• Define and communicate individual and team metrics
• Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for the client
• Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
• Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
• Inspire the team to attain goals and pursue excellence
• Drive organic growth within the account and win new client business in conjunction with Business Development teams
